Galadriel had spent most of her day meandering through the woods before deciding to make for her cottage. Her journey home was to proove eventful. An unnatural quiet settled over the wood, Galadriel took her guard as a goblin wolf rider burst from the undergrowth. With one sweep of her axe she clove the goblin in two. The wolf though took a chunk of flesh from her left leg. As the wolf circled Galadriel tighted her grip on her axe, when the wolf leapt she was ready, dealing it a deadly blow. What surprised her more was that a single goblin would be brave enough to attack an Elf!!!! Just then a second wolfrider leapt to the attack. Spining on her heal she swung her axe, cleaving it into the skull of the goblin. The wolf bit and missed before Galadriel change the direction of her swing and felled the beast.
With the battle over the Elfling scan around, noticing smoke drifting over the tree tops, fire, her cottage must be ablaxe. Quickly she gathered up her belongings and raced for home.

As the party once more made their way towards Aldium it was Legolas that first heard the pitiful cry from a dying dwarf at the side of the road. As Andreloth and Benito approached they realised he was muttering in Khazad and summoned Gotrek to interpret. After fighting off the Griffon, the party settle down to a night of rest and relaxation. Gotrek and Benito agreeing to take watch as they were the healthiest of the party. Following a discussion in the morning they both realised that they had received the same visitation during the night. After spending the night in the ruins to recover their wounds, Benito did a little searching in the buildings where he found 2 captives, Duggan and Lupus Wose, both had been part of a caravan that was attacked. With their passage blocked the party launched an assault against their undead foe. Both Andreloth and Barradun quickly brought low a number of their foes. With the Battle of Mecklenburg over the party quickly found themselves as the number one suspects for some internal treachery. This time they have been tasked with discovering the source of weapon trafficking across the mountains and into the Border Princes. As Njarl, Himo and Golin fled for their lives, hotly pursued by a horde of gobliniods, they luckily stumbled upon the rest of the party at Brawners farm.
